Cross Training Ministries is looking for A Few Good Men(tors) to help guide and disciple our recipients in the categories of Prayer Partners, Financial Advisors, Pastors, and Friends. Mentors must be willing to spend at least two hours a week with their recipient, have a strong and stable family life, at least a five year walk with the Lord, a healthy prayer life, stable finances, be a regular tither, and some experience in mentoring/discipleship (Evangelism Explosion (EE), the Timothy Program, Stephen Ministries, or others).

Dedication is vital since many of these men bear deep emotional scars from years of betrayal, neglect, disappointment, and abuse.

Some of the positive results of being a mentor are watching two spiritual lives grow, yours and your recipient’s. The Director, Pastor Howard Ham testifies, “I have found that helping men has kept the flat spots out of my spiritual growth.”
